"It was relevant, comprehensible, and enjoyable. If the product did not rely on Outlook I would definitely buy it. If I get the time to experiment with Outlook and find I can work with it, I may buy it. Outlook is a problem because it downloads all the emails to the one computer and more or less eliminates the ability to see them from another. If one could selectively mark the ones to download it might work but I cannot lose the flexibility of replying to other inquiries from remote locations. I refuse to activate another email address for just this purpose.... If Steve has an solution for this I would like to hear it."
